staff verifying new members

Hi,
Our site will require new members to be verified by staff prior to joining.

i cant currently understand who currently would receive the e-mail notifications

I would like members of the Super-moderators usergroup to get these.'New Members' e-mails,
and then can super-moderators get access to the admin site to enable the new member ?

How can this be done ?

Hi,

Any staff group can enable them from their own notification settings. They need to go to their profile, then Edit, then Notifications.
