Since then, we have all tips available in a tutorial.
Also since then, tips aren't shown on the Admin Zone dashboard by default (in v11, it's behind an option to enable).
I have added an 'All' link to the block. The user can then scan through them in a nicer and more organised way than clicking 'Next' a lot.
