Description When I try to edit a member profile as admin, or I try to edit my own profile using Internet Explorer 9 a red box shows up but there nothing comes up to edit the member profile. The problem does not occur when using Chrome as the browser.
Steps to reproduce

Log into site as non-admin user, click on 'my profile' and then click on 'edit'.

or as Admin click on 'members', choose any member in list and then click on 'edit'

Additional information This occurred after upgrading from 7.1.x to 8.1.2
