Description	We already have a developer addon that can create dumps. So if we can install them via Commandr it would be cool Sure, phpMyAdmin, or bigdump can do this. And Commandr doesn't help if Composr is not even installed yet. And if something goes wrong it could explode the site. But it's nice for a developer to be able to work 100% within the Composr ecosystem and not have to worry about what tools run on a particular host. The Composr backup system and XML transfer features are too sucky for common usage, this would be a nice tool in a developers arsenal.

Decided against this, it'd be madness to import a dump from within Composr.

We now have the professional upgrading tutorial which provides a great deal of advice.

Also the codebook provides an index of tools.

Generally not everything is going to work through Commandr. Certain tools are best done via a web interface because of the need to stream a download or interactivity or being integrated also via AJAX. Certain tools are best done from SSH due to long run time, or needing special permissions, or potentially breaking the site (so needing running outside it).
