| Description | Force that every warning issued through cns_warnings (including off-the-book warnings) sends the member a Private Topic (message field is required).
Clarify what must be included in the message (possibly as a placeholder)... evidence + reason. Additionally, any action outside of the warnings system which could be considered a moderation action... banning an IP belonging to a member, topic / post moderation, probation, account banning, etc. should send out a notification to the member informing them of the action. |
