Description unsubscribe.php is supposed to keep the entire process anonymous to everyone including staff; that's why addresses are hashed in the database.

But the confirmation e-mail creates a mail log containing the unsubscribed e-mail address. This should not happen as staff can then figure out who unsubscribed.

Adjust mail logging so it does not include the address. Or, don't log it at all.
