| Description | We have a developer addon (non-bundled) for doing advanced tune-up, such as reapplying a seed colour.
Tidy this up as part of the main theme management system. Allow recolouring any theme, with it being smart enough to only affect stuff that is either from the default theme, or matches the former chosen seed colour. |
