Description	It seems the image is set back to the Youtube URL when saving a custom thumbnail URL. Uploading a new image results in the same issue.

This is intended; when using a YouTube video, it will always use the YouTube thumbnail. Though there shouldn't be a prompt for a custom thumbnail.

If you want the ability to specify a custom thumbnail (though ideally this should be done on YouTube instead), I can change this to a feature request.
