Description If no staff members have set up notifications on the main_contact_us block, and if the user fills in their email address, it will produce an error message to the user. Their message is sent to the messaging system correctly, but the error occurs when trying to send an email to the user confirming receipt.

The error occurs because the mail subsystem has not been explicitly loaded up, and was not loaded up coincidentally during notification dispatch.
