| Description | Some website administrators may want a points system to reward users for their contributions. But some may not want to allow members to give each other points.
With our current system, you can either allow members to give regular points (if gift points are disabled) or gift points. But there is no option to disable giving entirely. |

Perhaps change the new "enable gift points" setting to a drop-down setting allowing admins to choose between "Do not allow giving", "give via regular points", or "give via gift points". |

" Perhaps change the new "enable gift points" setting to a drop-down setting allowing admins to choose between "Do not allow giving", "give via regular points", or "give via gift points"." - given how we are integrating the giving to preference gift points then rollover to regular points, I think we should just keep it simple and not try and add extra configuration.
Gift points setting will remain as it is now. However, a new privilege 'send_points' will be added.
