Description	I needed to update one of the items in our Downloads section, including tweaking the contents of "Original Filename" field-- "the filename with which this file will be downloaded". After I uploaded an updated PDF, tweaked the filename field and saved, then tested by clicking Download Now button, it's trying to save the PDF to my computer with the filename I had there previously, not the changed version. Even though the changed filename shows as such when I go back in the Edit interface.

Update, the next day I saw the changed version reflected in the download file name. So I guess there is a delay in the system recording the change. So maybe this is not a bug at all.

I can't reproduce in the latest v10.
If it showed as edited when you came back in to the edit form a 2nd time, it would have been saved.
I suspect this was just a browser caching issue.
