Description I created a fresh catalog with categories. The catalog functions as expected. When inputting an item into the catalog the uploaded image becomes lost after save. It shows being uploaded to the right directory but the file name and location are not being saved within the uploaded field properly. What also I must note this happened recently since the upgrade now I have a site that WAS functioning broken as well. See attached for a better view of the issue.

The uploaded images are the correct type as I said they make it to the directory with the proper name.
