| Description | Chris (normally don't know which category to select but 'news' seemed appropriate this time)
I sent out a WA Notice (newsletter) 31 Aug (also an amended version same day) but it reportedly it was not received by all intended recipients. Shortly beforehand I had changed Usergroup name Site Moderator to Committee Members which is the accurate description for us. I noted this was reflected OK in Profiles etc but at least one of my colleagues in that Usergroup said they had not received it. Although I had not noticed it on 31 Aug, the list of Usergroups being sent to (Committee Members) was not being auto-ticked, which you set up for us some time ago. So my changed Usergroup name had been reflected in the places I checked but not in the list of newsletter recipients. I suspect my change of Usergroup name to Committee Member was the cause and having changed it back to SIte Moderator, it is now being auto-ticked. I should like use to use Committee Member as the name from now on. Are you able to do a mod please so that Committee Member is auto-selected as it used to be when named Site Moderator? I've registered this a a free ticket but if you want to charge us I am happy to pay. Chris |
| Steps to reproduce | Change Site Moderator U/gp to Committee Member, set up a test newsletter & click' Send out issue', note that this U'gp is not auto-tested. Revert name to Site Moderator after test. |

The usergroup names are hard-coded in the newsletter code for the auto-ticking.
I have changed the hard-coded code as required and renamed your moderator usergroup back to what you wanted.
I've just done this as a one-off favour.
