| Description | Chris
I do not know which Category problems come under (how do I decide?) but being related to logging in I have slected errorlog. If I login using with Firefox the request is blocked, allegedly due to 'flood control restrictions' howefver the flood control is set to zero for Admin which I beleive is correct & should allow access in the normal way. Image attached. If logging in in Firefox as another Usergroup member e.g. Member Usergroup, access is not blocked. My Firefox had recently been updated to the latest version, perhaps the day before. Logging in as Admin in other browsers e.g. Edge, Chrome, Avast doe not produce the same blocked message. I am happy to pay for resolving this problem if you feel that is appropriate. Chris |

This confuses flood detection.
This is based on seeing the server's IP in your logs making POST requests to login, and me seeing them announcing that they have installed Nginx in front of Apache (https://www.icdsoft.com/en/news/technical/server-side-caching-now-available-846). The Server-Side caching option is turned off in your settings, but they still seem to be using Nginx. I don't know exactly when, perhaps only in circumstances affecting your particular Firefox install.
Regardless, I turned off the flood control for all your usergroups.
