Description	Have an award type that will put out comments from the forum, obviously not pulling out spacer posts.

Also tie into comments RSS feed, which currently can only work filtered to a particular comment topic.

I thought this could be done via. post award type in the comments forum.

You can target individual posts, but you couldn't do a main_multi_content block that pulled in only comments, or an RSS feed to do the same.
