Description Forum topic with blank spaces title can be saved, but hardly accessed later causing "Your membership information" box to be messed up and aligned left.
Steps to reproduce

1) Go to any forum

2) Click "add topic" button

3) Enter any topic's content

4) For topic's title enter blank spaces only

5) Save the topic

6) Go to forum where you created topic in

7) Topic is listed with empty tile and it is not "clickable"

8) Click on Preview link to go to the topic

9) Box "Your membership information" is messed up and aligned left

- Membership information box issue is present in all browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Opera...)
