Description	Initially, the link is shown as the title of the page but upon editing a post it reverts to showing the actual link (though not as an actual link) as it gets wrapped by semihtml tags.

I need to know if the WYSIWYG was involved in each of the two steps (and if so, which).

I'm setting this to 'no change required' for now, as I expect upon editing the content was changed enough for the auto-parse rules to change.

It is important to understand that link parsing in WYSIWYG is not a guarantee. It is only done if the HTML from the WYSIWYG matches some 'safe' conditions.
