Description	Althought the colour picker is quite simple to use, not being able to specify a HEX or RGB value (which I am sure you could do in ocPortal) is kinda annoying as it's hard to get the exact colour with the colour picker (or I am missing something obvious).

Okay, I spotted the RGB stuff at the side there, but what about Hex which is more common? Anyway, managed to get the RGB seed in there and my site is now rocking Blurple.

On Mac and Linux there's an RGB selector, but Microsoft hasn't got one on their standard colour selector. I also noticed Microsoft Edge isn't using the standard Windows colour selector, they're using an even simpler one.

It is possible for us to fall back to a custom colour selector, but I'd rather use the platform's own one as it'll be better implemented on things like mobile browsers.
