| Description | Instead of notifications sytem creating a message, create a ticket.
Copy the "who's read this" feature from the messaging system into the tickets system. Make sure it's very easy to assign a ticket to yourself. Delete all the staff_messaging addon files. Remove staff_messaging from the tracker. Update tut_support_desk tutorial. |
