Description	Have an option to allow users with bypass validation permissions to mark new content they create for moderator approval before being visible. The benefit of having this is so users who are uncertain of a site's rules can have a moderator confirm whether or not a piece of content is in line with the rules, instead of posting it publicly and violating the rules unknowingly.

So apparently Composr actually already has this feature via. the validation option. However, I think it should be clarified in the help tool tip that setting it to no will flag it for moderator approval.

The validated option is not available for forum replies. I think it should be so those who are unsure whether or not a reply is against staff rules and set to not validated and have a moderator review it.

Any form of content users can submit I feel should have the validated option.

I don't like this TBH. Seems very specific, addon territory.
