| Description | I personally think it's a bit of an UX issue for Composr to reject any emails/tickets sent to the support ticket email integration email if the from email address does not match any known emails.
Instead, to remedy this, Composr could create a support ticket under the Guest account whenever an unknown email sends something to the support email address. The implication here though is that there needs to be at least one support ticket category in which guests may submit to... and the system would by default put it in one of those categories (perhaps this is a config option?). It may be wise if it's not done already for these emails sent to the support ticket email to be run through spam checks prior to the creation of a ticket on Composr. |
