Description	Hoot has reported to me that when she tried to use lovinity.org on iPhone iOS 9.1, it continually refreshed the start page on her until she got hit with the rate limit. She is not using Facebook connect. I was unable to reproduce this bug via. the account "test" on mobile version of the website. However, site logs do indicate she was being repeatedly refreshed. Hoot tested on Safari and Chrome, both mobile and desktop, both logged in and logged out. Bug is present all times.

I'll mark this resolved, although I could not reproduce. I think the problem was related to site-wide IM. I was seeing logged requests for an mp3, which should not have been loaded at all (and wasn't for me), but I think for some Safari settings/extensions it must preload mp3 files that are merely being prepared. That may have triggered some kind of crash condition, due to the complexity of playing media files. I also considered that maybe opening the site-wide IM popup may cause a problem - it would potentially reload the main site when closing that popup due to mobile browsers not supporting multi pages open at once. So I disabled site-wide IM for mobile mode in the default template, I think that's way too much for use on a mobile browser.
