| Description | This is either on or off as far as I can tell. Would be useful tied into usergroup settings or as a privilege. I do want to allow it, just not for everyone, mainly for staff. |

It'd require something heavy duty to implement this, so would lead to bloat. E.g. we'd have to put some note by the checkbox, or have like an intermediary step.
