Description	Arabic & Farsi & Hebrew use right to left script. We in theory support it, but it is not a part of our design and testing process. This issue is to run through all screens testing, and fix any problems found.

Once this is done "Right-to-left support in default theme" on the maintenance sheet can become Bugfix-sponsored by ocProducts.

Check the documentation to make sure it is consistent with rtl-support being tested but not regularly tested.

EDIT: CSS Logical Properties are going to be broadly available soon https://caniuse.com/?search=CSS%20Logical%20Properties - so it makes sense to reimplement RTL support on top of this.
