Description Facebook login automatically sets photos and avatars, but these automatic settings don't match normal Composr image validation, which can confuse later editing.

The hotfix is quite comprehensive, untangling some cross-over issues during editing, and adding support for image URLs by mime-type detection as well as file extension detection.
