| Description | I have a suggestion. When a user reports something and Composr creates a reported posts thread, have Composr grant them access to that thread (to view, post, etc.). That way, staff can easily collaborate with that user through the reported post thread that was created, especially in the times of needing more information.
Maybe an admin option could be made that would allow the choice to grant such permissions. |

When a user or a guest reports something, the report system opens up a new support ticket, filling in values automatically as needed (example, similar to what the report system does now, it will fill in report data under "Your message" and will file under a support ticket category specified in report system configuration).
Logged in users have it filed under their account. Guests are optionally asked to provide an email for staff communication.
Staff can communicate about the report through the support ticket system.
Theoretically we could integrate it with tickets instead of messaging, but that wouldn't be very consistent with other functions, and I'd rather streamline it all.
It links to the profile of who posted it, so you can fairly easily start up a private topic with them if it does require discussion.
