Description	Provide a way to identify where any particular file is referenced, or if perhaps it is not referenced at all. Provide a tool that can find everything that is not referenced.

You can now see how many times a file is referenced already, when you go to embed it. Tracing these back to website links would be hard, as you don't know what a language string is attached to (easily).
