Description	I received a "Critical Error" about a missing language string. In my case: "REPORTED_POSTS_FORUM=Reported posts forum". After adding this line to lang/EN/cns.ini, that seems to have fixed it.
Steps to reproduce	When going to Structure > Forum > Edit Forum and then clicking "edit" for any forum
Related to	#1332 - Missing language string errors in config options, e.g. MESSAGING_FORUM_NAME

Sorry, not sure if this is a major issue or not as it seems relatively easy to fix, but I chose that one since the error was "Critical".

I do consider these language errors a very major issue. Sorry for the inconvenience. That said, this is the same as #1332. Your workaround is safe though.
