Description I have started to look at scheduling some newsletter content but clicking the button results in a critical error.

I can use the "Send Out Issue" functionality fine and often do for one off newsletters.
Steps to reproduce

Home->Admin Zone->Tools->Manage Newsletter->Send out/schedule issue: New Content
